 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a crack in my windshield so I reached out to a couple of places. Jon texted me back immediately with a price and it was a lot lower than other places around. They were able to schedule me next day which was amazing.

Fast forward to today, Jay texted me an approximate time window and was right on time. He was so quick and efficient and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had a few broken vehicle side windows replaced with True Blue (due to break ins). The first, True Blue was phenomenal, they came out and replaced the window but also cleaned up all of the broken glass that ended up inside of the vehicle.

The second situation I had 2 vehicles broken into while I was out of town, and thankfully they were able to come and handle it while I wasn't there, which I really appreciate. However it doesn't seem that they really attempted to clean up any of the broken glass inside or outside of the vehicles. There were still glass pieces all over the seats, floors of the vehicles, and all over the ground outside. It looked like they had a shop vac (I could see from the doorbell camera), but didn't use it nearly as much as I would've expected.

There also was (is still is) a ton of broken glass inside the door of one of the vehicles, so whenever the door closes you can hear the glass pieces shake around inside the door. I could see from the doorbell camera that they were aware of it, having opened and closed the door several times in a row (I'm also not sure how you could miss it).

Also it was weird that on one of the vehicles one of the two guys from True Blue took off the door panel to the wrong door. I definitely gave them the correct information about which window needed replacement on which vehicle. But I'm also not sure how you could get that mixed up, there is visibly only one door that has a broken window on each vehicle. No harm done there but it was bizarre.

Ultimately they did replace the broken windows and the price was fair, which at the end of the day is really what I needed, but I'm rather disappointed in the level of service provided this last time with the two vehicles. I was not expecting to need to do so much clean up afterwards, and now I need to take the door panel off and get the rest of the glass out of the door. I hope that time was an exception and not the norm.
